About Us: What We Do
P.H. Commissioning Specialists Ltd is a newly founded enterprise specialising in the environmental commissioning and testing of hydraulic, ventilation and air conditioning systems for the building services industry - offering the professionalism of a service company with the individualism associated with a modest company.
Although a new company, P.H. Commissioning Ltd's workforce has valuable experience and is fully equipped, providing a
full service for all types of commissioning, testing and regulations of building services related to hydraulic,
ventilation, air conditioning, hot and cold water services.
P.H. Commissioning also offer ductwork pressure testing, commissioning management, surveys, trouble shooting / problem
solving, validation & DOP testing HEPA filters, water treatment, chemical & pre-commissioning cleaning,
chlorination, risk assessments of domestic systems, tank cleaning, bacterial & legionella analysis, addition &
monitoring of inhibitors for heating & chilled systems, on site water analysis and hardness testing, supply and
installation of water softeners and filtration, water treatment chemicals.
P.H. Commissioning mission statement is to accommodate our
clients to the utmost of our ability. We strive to complete and finalise all test data before contract handover.
Our workforce has been involved in the world of commissioning for many years; we don't
just treat our work as a job, but thrive on our mission to commission.
Working closely with consultants and design / contract engineers ensures that systems are successfully commissioned to
operate in accordance with the design requirements.
P.H. Commissioning Ltd offers services based on cost against the design specifications, or a daily rate can be offered;
we have the capacity to cover local contracts as well as nationwide.
